How Do I Enroll?

Log in to your Paylocity Account via this link access.paylocity.com with your username and password.
Select 2026 BENEFITS ENROLLMENT from the main menu , click Start Enrollment and follow the prompts
Add Beneficiary/Dependent Information. **Please ensure to include full name, gender, DOB, SSN and relationship for beneficiaries/dependents**
Complete each section for election or declination of Empower Aesthetics benefits.
Review all elections and submit.

What Do I Need To Enroll?

Take time to read the entire benefits guide to educate yourself and family members on your options.
Decide on your benefits with your family, if necessary, prior to starting the enrollment process.
For your elected beneficiaries and covered dependents, you will need their Social Security number and date of birth.
